2. What data do we collect?
When you fill in the quote form, we collect: title, first and last name, address (street, number, box, postcode, town), email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, the type of request and any comments.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the data you provide, such as your name, number, messages and any photos of your installation.
If you become a customer, we also process the data needed to carry out and invoice the work and for statutory certificates, such as cleaning and combustion certificates and documents for grant applications.
3. What do we use it for?
- Answering your request, scheduling a site visit and preparing a quote. This is done at your request, prior to a possible contract.
- Carrying out the work, scheduling servicing and reminding you of mandatory servicing. This is necessary to perform the contract.
- Invoicing, accounting and statutory certificates. We are legally required to do this.
We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters without your explicit consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. How long do we keep it?
- Quote requests that do not lead to an order: no more than 2 years after the last contact.
- Customer data and invoices: for as long as you are a customer and 7 years thereafter, as required by accounting law.
- Servicing and inspection certificates: for as long as the law requires.
5. Who sees your data?
Only those who need it to help you:
- Our service providers for the website, the quote form and email, who process the data only on our behalf.
- Our accountant, for invoicing.
- Manufacturers or wholesalers, only when needed for a warranty claim or product registration.
- Public authorities, where required by law, for example for grant applications you submit yourself.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation runs through WhatsApp's services (Meta), and WhatsApp's privacy terms apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@yzebaert.be to do so. We reply within one month.

8. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor visitor statistics. We only place what is strictly necessary for the website to work, which is why we don't ask for cookie consent.
If this changes in the future, for example because we want to keep visitor statistics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent beforehand.
